Was led to believe most rooms have Seaview and private balcony.ours had neither.room 307.we looked onto the dining room! I had also e mailed hotel separately for Seaview.according to reception the room I booked dosent come with sea view.( twin room) .we were misinformed and misled! Anyway lovely lady at reception did move us on day 3( we were only there fir 6 nights).other issue the bar not allowed to supply a glass of ice for room.even tho we spent money every night in bar.Its ice.ridiculous.also need to pay for kettle mini fridge and safe.

excellent stay. no fault about this hotel at all. strongly recommended
3 star hotel but the service and facility is really good for a 3 star. excellent location: bus stop, town centre, beach, the strip that is full of restaurant and bars.... everything is on the door step. very very convenient location. very quiet too. no loud guest, no screaming kids. friendly/helpful staff. we opted half board and was happy with breakfast and dinner. some people complaint about food - come on - when there is a buffet how much can you actually eat??? buffet means you get choices of food - no one can manage to eat every single dish that is laid on the counter! swimming pools very nice and big too. plenty of chairs to use. This hotel is strongly recommended
